The grannuals are small and the consistency is so creamy that the scrubbing effect does not feel harsh. The scrub actually feels like a mild face polish due to the type of the grannuals it has. Initially I was afraid that the creamy consistency might break me out but nothing of that sort happened. Even though the consistency is creamy and dense, it never feels heavy on my face neither does it ever leave behind any oiliness or greasy feeling.
