From Series 14 onwards, the intro consists of renaming the song as the rescue team, scenes of Krystyna are shown, as well as the new introduction of the fire brigade's uniform. And at the end of the intro, Ben, Arnold and Tom are replaced by Krystyna, Malcom and Sgt Ravani with Kilo and Shadow. It just isn't Bella Lasagne's day. First, she has a fire in her cafe. And then, her cat - Rosa - goes missing. It looks like it's going to be a busy day for Fireman Sam. Naughty Norman Price is usually up to mischief. But when he finds Trevor trapped at the scrapheap, Norman becomes a real hero.

The CGI series version is shortened to 30 seconds, except at the beginnings of hour long specials where the full version of the new theme song, as heard in Series 5, is used. It's all go at Pontypandy Fire Station with Trevor on his part time fireman course. But as Station Officer Steele sets up a drill for him, it looks as though trouble with Dilys's drains will give him some real experience.The Arabic version of the Series 1-4 intro uses a different instrumental, and has an extra scene added taken from Rich and Famous. A new golf bag makes an excellent retirement present for Station Officer Steele. Then, a worried Sam and the crew are called to a fire at Trevor's potting shed - worried, because that's where they've hidden the present!

BBC Video Slide: ( William's Wish Wellingtons 1: William and Barksure and The New Adventures of Fireman Sam 2: Disaster for Dinner) Trevor's Bus has a flat tyre and Dilys and the children have been waiting for ages at the bus stop - trying to get home after the sales. Can Sam help them both?Ironically, in the Slovak dub, the 1987 theme tune is played over the CGI introduction sequence, but shortened to coincide. In the Series 5 intro as Sam is driving Jupiter down the main street of Pontypandy during the line "...Fireman Sam! 'Cause he's gonna save the day!...", if one looks closely it can be seen that Jupiter's lights do not flash at the correct rate near the end of the shot. In the first CGI intro ( Series 6 - 7) when Sam, Elvis, and Radar left with Jupiter, Jupiter's side logo was missing and Penny's helmet could not be seen on the shelf even though she did not go to an emergency. Both these goofs were corrected in the Series 8 - 9 intro. There are two versions of Fireman Sam 1: The Hero Next Door and both versions contain a different BBC Video Ident.
