About this deal
His book is an account of his findings, expressed in language that seeks to remain factual, neutral, and scientific.
In any way, I would strongly recommend anyone to start experimenting, because I can assure you that your life will change for the better. His record of these explorations has comforted millions of people who have experienced paranormal incidents. This consciously left his sleeping self at night and explored not only what we term our third dimensional world, but also spiritual, non physical realities which defied rational explanation. Fifth, in some instances of OOBEs the description of what was happening at a distant place is correct and more accurate than we would expect by coincidence. Luego hay varias cosillas que cuenta al respecto en los pre de los viajes astrales, y reconozco que muchos me han pasado a mí. It is an immensity whose bounds are unknown …, and has depth and dimension incomprehensible to the finite conscious mind.
I enjoyed this early account of Robert Monroe's "discovery" of astral projection=remote viewing=out-of-the-body phenomena and his description of his own experiences, but I wouldn't confidently recommend it to anyone not already committed to and seriously interested in the phenomenology of such things. When he found himself spontaneously going out of his body, he had no way of understanding what was happening to him and his first assumption was that there was something wrong with his brain. What are we to make of a person who takes exception to this general belief, who claims to have had experiences during sleep or other forms of unconsciousness that were not only impressive to him, but which he feels were real?
