After looking at all the double din options and seeing it on a few YT videos I've opted for ATOTO S8 pro. That's because the OP has got the European Multivan, not the same dash as the UK T5 Caravelle of the same age.

The buttons under the screen are also very useful since operating a touch screen while driving is not always easy. My only complaints so far are the aforementioned lack of video support from some apps and a bit of weakness on the AM/FM tuner.

And the non-top view is very distorted (it's a fisheye camera, after all), and it's quite disappointing that the stereo isn't capable of correcting the distortion - it'd make it a lot more usable.
If you are looking for a unit with all the features of a great stereo and complete entertainment system this definitely gives a lot of value for the cost. Installation was straight forward, only hard part was wiring it up which was simple with some crimp connectors.
