Our unique process mills the grains to make a finer, smoother and lighter flour and now it’s sold in a paper bag, so it’s 100% recyclable at home.

A technological breakthrough in flour production in 1963 meant that bakers no longer needed to sift their flour. We finely sieve it for you too - which is one less job to do - so you can spend more time enjoying your creations.
