It works especially great in buttercream, swiss meringue, chocolate, cake batter, ganache and can also be added to sugarpastes, flower pastes, gumpastes, modelling pastes, royal icing, marzipan, cake mixes, pastry, frostings, isomalt, piping gel, cake lace mixes and more.

Before getting started, use the bottle lid to pop a hole in the seal and give the bottle a good shake. Being oil based, only a small amount of colouring is needed to create rich, deep vibrant colours so these bottles go a long way!
