Choose your preferred language, clock time, nickname, and your birthday to get the most out of your device. Note that the character must be the same gender and egg group as the user's current Tamagotchi to be obtained. Additionally, the bathroom gives the options of bathing the Tamagotchi and cleaning the house with touch controls.The next time the user has a playdate, the receiving device will receive the greeting after the playdate ends. If they train in different types of rooms, the one that has the most training (that has been visited at least 3 times) will have its specific job obtained. How the room looks and what game is available to play is dependent on the Tamagotchi character themselves and what type of actions and how many of it they've done that day.

I understand wave 1 of the Pix (pink, purple) had inferior battery life and poorly responding "buttons" however I've yet to see how the wave 2 (blue, green) measure up to those.
