Peachy Blinder - Quantock Brewery

On a ski trip to the French Alps, we made two discoveries at La Folie Douce, a raucous après-ski bar.It marked our move to the city so we went to town on a fresh brew, which inspired this pick of the bunch. Very nice aromas with good balance of peaches, pale malt, and light earthy hop notes; with great strength. There are small amounts of essential minerals in beer such as potassium, calcium, thiamine, iron, and zinc as well as vitamin B derived from yeast and grains.

In the Alps, there was a bar where we discovered the delicious tradition of demi-pêche, which inspired this peach of a beer. Aromas of big juicy and lightly tart/tangy peaches, fruit skin, cracker, white bread dough, honey, and herbal/grassy earthiness. We've picked out some particularly pleasant beers ranging from IPAs, APAs, German Weiss beers, and English ales, so there's something to tingle the taste buds of anyone thirsting for their post-work pint. This is a light beer with fine bubbles so without noticing you'll have finished 3-4 cans guaranteed.
