It's not feminine if you're worried about that, yes it's main note is rose but its accompanied by a strong male musky smell that carries it.

It's a semi-fresh scent with depth,but it'snot fresh enough for summer and not heavy enough for winter. Edit: I sprayed some more and I think the dill smell kind of clears out of the sprayer line or maybe from shaking and movement that the rose smell did mix around and come out from subsequent sprays.

the cloves annoy me and much, then something very overwhelming comes along, I think it's the green pear tree but the scent is always stronger, nauseating and feminine, green and acrid also because a very strong rose appears and remains . The first time I sampled it in hot/humid Philippines, I didn't pick up much rose, mostly woods which I really like. This is a relatively linear scent, but beware that some people might find the smell of flax unappealing. The deep drydown comes quickly after that- i get a ton of musk, plus vetiver,some amber and something slightly animalic. This might not be the type of fragrance I'd get if I only had a couple fragrances, but this stuff is an absolutely killer addition to a fragrance collection.Weirdly perfect, feels very goth, clear picture of red roses in a bouquet cold from the refrigerator, green from freshly cut stems, very airy and at the same time it can be very dark/woody/earthy.

It's definitely not mass-appealing and could be headache-inducing so, go light on the sprays if you enjoy ToyBoy.
