The coating, with specially formulated ProCook Ultra BK double layer non-stick, is designed especially for baking, so your cakes will not stick to the edges when turning out and washing up is simple by hand or in the dishwasher. Trim the pastry into a disc slightly larger than the tart tin, taking care not to over-trim which may require tricky patching up. So once you’ve lifted out your tart on the loose base you can slice away without having to worry about your tin coming to harm.

Oven safe up to 230 degrees, this tin is dishwasher safe for added convenience and has been made from durable steel. The loose bottom tart tin is durable and sturdy with a rolled edge at the top and bottom for added strength and rigidity.
