Our cask room is a large seated area, set on its own floor, a few steps down from the distillery bar. The Bristol and Bath Rum Distillery is the home of Dead Man’s Finger’s rum, with DMF created on site in a 500L double retort pot still “Hannah”. Enjoy a classic rum cocktail on arrival, masterclass and rum tasting exploringrum’s different styles and flavours. We get to grips with the delicious rum, Dead Man’s Fingers, and create some inspiring cocktail recipes for you to enjoy!

A unique private space, secluded from the rest of the bar, residing on the mezzanine level of the distillery. The spirit school at The Bristol and Bath Rum Distillery offers the unique opportunity for rum lovers to explore the fascinatingly diverse world of rum.

It even has 2 hatches that drinks can be served through, giving an authentic speakeasy experience to your party. A bar, kitchen, distillery and spirit school communally living under a big ol’ roof in the centre of Bristol. This sumptuous treat combines delicious undertones of coconut with a chilli flare to create the perfect blend of creamy and spicy. Enjoy a classic rum cocktail on arrival, a cocktail making masterclass and the make 3 cocktails yourself to enjoy.You can book tables for smaller parties in this area or reserve the area for a private function too. Seating for 30, there is a wall mounted 65” flatscreen TV,HDMI and phono connections for all audio, visual requirements. There is also a wide range of other spirits, a fine selection of wines from around the globe and craft beer too.

And if your function is even bigger, we have the top floor too, with an additional bar and seating/standing. Running a variety of events every week, the bar offers masterclasses and rum making experiences, tasting sessions and other events inspired by the noble spirit. The second bar on the mezzanine level is available for table and group bookings and for private hire. Big and bushy replaced pencil-thin yonks ago in eyebrow world (the inverse seems to be true for elsewhere on our much scrutinised bodies). Whether business, pleasure or a cocktail of both, the Rum School offers the unique opportunity for parties to explore the diverse world of rum.The bar has over 150 different rums from around the world and a fabulous innovative cocktail list created by the distillery’s own team of mixologists. The area has its own bar and includes the speakeasy area too when exclusively booked for a private function.
