Here's the bottom line up front. The drawing performance is good, but both Mac and Windows drivers have issues working with dual display setups. All physical components of the tablet will work exactly as you’d expect. The screen is bright and very crisp. The Parblo pen is super light and easily glides across the screen. The only issues you might encounter are with drivers & calibration, but once you get past this step you’re golden. Components & Features

I would recommend this if you’re open to a drawing tablet with a bigger display and a screen you can actually see, but requires effort to configure. This is likely a better on-screen alternative than the Huion GT-190, but the two are very comparable when it comes to price and functionality. The Coast 16 Prographic tablet comes with a battery-free stylus that has 8192 levels of pressure sensitivity and 5080LPI pen resolution, these numbers can meet all expectations of artists.

The Coast 16 Pro Support USB Type-C full-function interface, single-line connection is more convenient. Switch Display is a feature available with most pen display drivers and allows you to move the cursor from one display to another in a dual display setup. Unfortunately, Switch Display feature is not available with the Mac driver. The Windows driver has mapped Switch Display to WinKey+P keyboard shortcut which just calls up the OS presentation display mode instead of the actual Switch Display functionality. However the biggest downside is definitely the setup process. I didn’t have a super rough time, but others have posted complaining about the poor setup process.What's not included is a USB power adapter. If additional power is needed for the pen display, you can connect the red USB to to your computer or other USB chargers, e.g. phone chargers.

If you’re looking for a much cheaper alternative to the Cintiq I would recommend the Parblo Coast10 for beginner-to-intermediate artists on a budget. Overview This is the Parblo P10 pen. The body is matte textured and comfortable to hold. The pen is not powered by battery so no charging is needed. The location of the shortcut buttons at the top left isn't ideal. You have to move your hand up to reach all the buttons. You can't just stretch your thumb to reach the button that's furthest away. If you're a left handed user, the shortcut buttons will be at the bottom right. With a matte protective film, to prevent glare, protect the eyes, and make you feel like drawing on paper. This graphic monitor works with most major drawing software, such as Photoshop, SAI, Illustrator, Clip Studio, Sketch Book Pro, MediBang, Painter, Krita, and more.The pen holder is tilted at an angle. There's some weight added so it's not just a plastic shell. The bottom is padded with rubber for grip. In case you don't know, a pen display is a monitor you can draw on. Since it's a monitor, it has to be connected to a computer. Initial activation force is quite low. Thin lines can be drawn easily. There is slight jitter with diagonal lines. But shortcut buttons work well. When the buttons are pressed, there's a loud buzzing sound which unfortunately cannot be turned off.
