Remote Updates: The neoHub Gen 2 and connected devices receive automatic updates, ensuring you always have the latest firmware and software enhancements. Easy Setup and Pairing: Connect the neoHub Gen 2 to your home router using an Ethernet cable and a free port. It is a plug-and-play device, and pairing with neoStat, neoAir, and neoPlug is incredibly simple. You can pair up to 32 Neo devices with the hub.Profiles are stored in the neoHub and are transferred to the neoStat when applied. This means your heating is never dependant on the neoHub and will continue to operate should the hub or internet fail.

The neoHub is the heart of the Neo Heatmiser and the gateway to the Neo system. Once connected to your router it allows you to control the neoStat(s) in your home, providing intuitive control of heating and hot water from your mobile devices. Replacing an existing traditional three wire thermostat, the Heastmiser neoStat is designed to work as a thermostat or a timer. There should be no new wiring required. Benefiting from a large digital display, the Neo kit comprises of a neoStat which replaces the existing thermostat, a neoStat-hw to replace the programmer and the neoHub that plugs into your home’s broadband router which communicates between devices. Cloud Server Connection: The neoHub Gen 2 effortlessly connects to the Heatmiser Cloud Servers, eliminating the need for complex technical setup. Try and keep the neoHub at least 20cm away from the location of the router and to the side of the router. Remember if the neoHub is behind your router, the signal will try and get through to the router which could cause problems.

Heatmiser neoHub G2 is the gateway to the Neo System, providing remote control of all neoStat's and neoPlug's from your iOS or Android device. After you have paired your neoHub and neoStats, there are 5 things you should decide based on how you want to use the system. Disconnect any Wi-Fi extenders and wait for around 5 minutes to see if the thermostats return to being online again. Neo can automatically preheat your home, this means bringing your heating on before you scheduled time to ensure your home is warm for the times you have programmed. This is a per zone settings and the default is off, to turn on follow these steps

This type of multi-zone control delivers optimum energy efficiency. By setting up profiles you can change and store different comfort level settings and switch the heating into away mode when you’re not at home. With the Heatmiser Neo you can control multiple zones (rooms) in your house and adjust the temperature of your heating manually or remotely via the neoApp which is available on iOS, Android andThe Heatmiser neoHub G2 connects to your home broadband router and wirelessly to the neoStats in your home. No special computer knowledge is required, simply plug into your router, create a FREE account via the Neo app and then take control of your heating, hot water and appliances from anywhere. Smart Profiles - Allow you to program time and temperature settings and then apply them to a number of zones. Any subsequent change to the profile will be automatically applied to those zones using the profile. Our system uses a Zigbee Mesh which runs on 2.4GHz which is like broadband Wi-Fi. It has been known that if routers have a ‘Smart’ capability then they can change channel themselves without any intervention. If this happens to be the channel that the neoHub is on, it can clash and cause interference. There are two types of Profiles. Comfort levels and Switching Times. Comfort levels are used for thermostats and Switching Times for Timers.

The neoHub Gen 2 is the central hub and communication gateway for the Heatmiser Neo System, connecting the neoStat, neoAir, and neoPlug devices. With the neoHub Gen 2, you can control your heating and hot water system from your smartphone, making it an essential component of your setup. Push notifications are short messages that are sent directly to your phone based on a condition in your neoApp, such as high or low temperature, door open or low battery warning.HomeKit Support: The neoHub Gen 2 offers HomeKit support for all connected Neo devices, allowing seamless integration with Apple's smart home ecosystem. Restart both your router and the neoHub, whatever you do, please do not press the connect button on the neoHub which could cause the neoHub to reset, this will mean that you would need to reset and add all the thermostats again.
