As an FYI, once you complete the first 3-month cycle you can then go into maintenance mode with your lash serum and only have to apply every other day (which is what I’m currently doing). Unfortunately, we have no experience with other eyelash serums and have not done studies related to the use of GrandeLASH-MD with another product. If you have discontinued using the other product, wait a few weeks to try the lash serum for yourself. For the past 3 months I’ve been using the GrandeLASH-MD Lash Serumevery single night in my evening skincare routine before bed. Several people have asked me about my results after the 3 month challenge ended, so I thought I’d share an updated before/after photo.

We would recommend that whenever applying GrandeLASH-MD, to make sure that you allow 2-3 minutes for the product to be completely dry before laying down as this may be when the transfer is occurring. Also remember one dip can be used for both eyes. Powered by a proprietary lash complex, this ophthalmologist-tested serum syncs with the natural lash cycle for luxury-level lashes — all your own. Do not apply to the lashes themselves or lower lash line. Apply only with the product applicator. Use sparingly as dripping into the eye may cause irritation or other unwanted effects. If serum drips into the eye, immediately rinse thoroughly with cool water to completely remove.

Yes, GrandeLASH-MD is safe for lash extensions as it is a water-based formula and will not interact with the adhesives used for extensions. However, bear in mind these side effects come from prostaglandin drops placed directly into the eye. With lash serums you apply a much smaller amount along your lash line (not in your eye). And these serums have a significantly lower concentration prostaglandin. So together, this means the prostaglandin dose is much less likely to get into your eye and cause side effects.
