You may be allergic to Daktarin Aktiv spray powder if you get a rash, itching, redness, swelling or a burning feeling anywhere on your body each time you use it. This is very rare. Daktarin Aktiv cream and spray powder both contain the active ingredient miconazole. Miconazole is an antifungal medicine used to treat infections with fungi and yeasts. Miconazole also has some antibacterial action and kills certain bacteria that may also be present in the infection.
