Rainwater filter for installation in rainwater tanks. Two step cleaning system. The first coarse filter mesh protects the second, finer mesh by removing larger leaves and particles. Occasionally your water butt may be greater than this distance from the downpipe and so we have a range of hoses to allow a greater separation between water butt and downpipe diverter. As shown in the image below the Hose Tail can be placed through a pre-drilled connection point with an inside diameter of 20mm: This represents a step change in rainwater harvesting diverters since the diverter filters leaves and other contaminants whilst capturing the majority of rainwater. This principle is shown in image 1. Once you have pushed the hose tail through the connection point, the washer and nut can be screwed on from the inside as shown in the image below:
