Not only is the notorious gang known for operating in Birmingham but, it is also home to the Sadler’s brewery where the production magic happens. Inspired by the infamous Birmingham gang, every bottle in the Peaky Blinder alcohol range is based on a notorious gang member who is illustrated on the label. STORING COOLE SWAN: Unopened, Coole Swan lasts two years on the shelf. Once opened, our slimline bottle fits easily in the fridge and will last for six months. Finally strain through a fine mesh sieve into a coupe glass and garnish with a lemon twist (or a piece of honeycomb for a showstopper.)
