(optical image stabilisation) built-in. So overall, although there's very little new on offer, the new Panasonic Lumix GX880 remains an attractively designed, compellingly compact starter camera. Did Panasonic ever regret that they made the GM series such a capable camera that they needed to revise it to appeal to less involved users? For every new less involved user won over there might be three others who are waiting for the next GM that might never come. Yes, reading forums etc you seem unfortunately to be correct in estimating Panasonic decisions. IBIS and higher mp sensor are both technically possible as even smaller cameras from Sony etc demonstrate this.
