I have to point out that, for me (at 192 lbs and 6’1), the Cruise 10’8 is too short. Larger paddlers should go with a longer board. Paddles In most cases, you’ll find a cheap adjustable aluminium that comes with the inflatable paddle you buy. This is usually quite awful since aluminium isn’t a great material to use for SUP paddles. It is not only cold to the touch but also heavy and offers a dull performance. Furthermore, it tends to get clogged up with salt when you continually use it in seawater. A better material for an inflatable board paddle is fibreglass. This has a nicer feel with a more natural spring to it. This paddle board has seven handles; three carry handles and four safety handles. The carry handles make handling the board easy. The safety handles are great for kids to hold on to. I love the front and rear bungee cargo storage which allows you to bring enough gear for a day of paddling. It also comes with two fins, which include a small permanent fin and a longer detachable one for extra stability. On the downside, this board can only accommodate a maximum load of 128kg. This means it won’t allow you to paddle with your child on board. Some users have also complained that it feels slightly narrow and can be a little unstable. In the end, this is a great stand-up paddleboard for both beginners and experienced users if you can find a way to look past the few inefficiencies.
