It looked to me like that deep red colour was from a fire, so it could have been from burning materials, furniture or some sort of dye or paint. It could also have been from the amount of dust in the area. In this case, I placed it inside the parking lot. I erased the part of the explosion that is hidden behind the front wall (A1). In a new layer, I added some glow with the Soft airbrush tool (A2) to simulate the light of the fire. After that, I changed the layer blending mode to Vivid Light (A3).
