Your heart will race till the very end of this juicy read! 🥰 Oh yes, and the completely random and unnecessary romance thrown in on the last paragraph so we can get some "romance" in the book. No chemistry between either character. Neither character was fleshed out at all. The main character we essentially know nothing about personality wise except she is "a stunning beauty." Before she was born, her mother Fabienne was clear that she DID NOT want to have a baby. However, Brandon her dad was so sure once baby was born she would change her mind. He did the entire baby prepping for the nursery etc. Dad tried but nothing worked and he soon resented Antonia as she was the reason his wife left. He turned into a mean person. Their attraction is instant but soon danger is lurking in the shadows ready to pounce on both of them.

I loved the mix of suspense and romance in this book and the third person view point. This was a great book and it kept me wanting to read more and not put it down.
