Electronic TRV Thermostat Valve Head (28mm to 30mm Adapter)

I am trying to fit my tado Radiator thermostat to my Drayton TVR 3/2/4C - Thread M28 X 1.0 mm. The tado adapter is a terrier AD3 (635111). I bought HCO Code 05A02 from your store but it is not working. Is this the correct adapter?

Of course the big question is whether a Hive head would fit onto this thread, and even if it did whether the motorised head would be able to depress the pin enough.
