All Men Are Perverts: Zig-Zagged in one chapter where Fran comes up with a way to make the male students stop hitting on the girls. It seems to work, but then the girls start complaining that the guys are ignoring them completely, leading to the discovery of a room full of a gelatinous mass that emits pheromones causing the guys to see it as a room of naked women, with whom they have sex. Asshole Victims: Too many to count. While Fran and Veronica often do pretty terrible things to some characters, the victims in question are mostly jerks who aren't truly sympathetic to begin with.

The mantle of a superhero that gets taken up by multiple people, all of whom gained their powers after being modified by Fran, on their own request. There are currently four sentinels, with the next one existing as a reaction to or result of the former, and they exist simultaneously. All of them are dressed in a dark outfit with a insect-like helmet, reminiscinent of Kamen Rider. Despite calling themselves good guys, every one of them (except the 4th) is extremely amoral, which is taken so far that they are considered terrorists by some. All of them Big Creepy-Crawlies: Insects are often used as an easy source of Nausea Fuel and terror. Insect-human hybrids, insects with a malevolent Hive Mind, people made of bugs, human fetuses that go through giant maggot/chrysalis phases instead of normal pregnancy, parasitic wasps and roaches preying on said fetuses...it's a long list. The artist is a little too good at drawing bugs. Multi-Armed Multitasking: Often attaches extra pairs of arms for surgery. Which, given the common outcome, leads to the above trope. Casting Couch: Invoked, and a rare male example. The small time actor Tooru Yukizaki only got his pheromones adjusted so that producers and big wigs will take notice of him and put him in their projects, with his acting securing the rest of media attenion. Instead, the big wigs end up liking him so much that he's "invited" to multiple gatherings to entertain them and reluctantly act out their kinks. He ultimately gets plastic surgery and removes his hormone secretion gland just to make them stop hounding him, but the damage is done, and they have their way with him even with an ugly face. Fan Disservice: There's a surprising amount of nudity... and every time it shows up it stops being erotic about three panels later.Super-Senses: Specifically, an incredible sense of smell, to the point where she can identify the perpetrators of a crime just by sniffing around the area. However, she can't exactly turn it off, which means what few things she actually likes about her job as a high school teacher are overshadowed by the constant smell of semen and menstrual fluid.

Covered with Scars: Like Fran, she has visible stitch lines on her face. Unlike Fran, her clothes hide an abundance of battle scars. Helpless Good Side: While recovering from getting cut in half bilaterally, Fran-M is nice and actually cares about her patients' quality of life, but is rather a pushover. Despite her Blue-and-Orange Morality, she recognizes that that her estate far too dangerous to raise a child in, as seen in Chapter 52 of the sequel.She accidentally gets split straight down the middle by a laser in Chapter 60: " Left And Right". After isolating Gavrill on an island, Rumiko was cloned and genetically coded to undergo a form of mitosis, creating an endless force. She is also used as a base for Fran's artificial humans and was constantly cloned. She had also attracted a rich island owner, Matsumae Tadashi. Evil Old Folks: Chapter 50, "Longevity", is about a woman who has lived to an extreme old age all the while leeching off her family and making them miserable. She turns out to be part of a growing group of people that can live extremely long in a blissful dream-like state of lowered metabolism, contributing nothing while their families are obliged to take care of them, and it's implied most of them share her enjoyment of basking in the misery of others. Body Horror: This is what happens when a character is labeled a "transformer" without being a robot. Apparently, she is capable of rearranging every part of her body (muscles, organ, even bone) to her desire as long as she has the willpower to do so, allowing her to produce whatever she needs to maul someone at a moment's notice with her flesh. Gender-Blender Name: The name "Gavrill" (or "Gavril") is a male name and a variant of "Gabriel", with the common female equivalents being "Gabrielle" or "Gabriela/Gabriella". Alternative Character Interpretation: Fans... differ on how they feel about Fran's Technical Pacifist For Science! morality.Didn't Think This Through: A short girl asked for a height increase from Fran in "Cosmetic Surgery". Due to the nature of the surgery (requiring her bones lengthened), she was confined to a wheelchair for 3 months after it. Her three-dot expression at the fact (especially since every other girl that had their surgeries done came right out) showed that she probably regretted the decision. While most often aloof, she has shown that she is aware that her actions ruin lives, and is very capable of using her talents to punish others, should they seriously offend her, such is the case with a group of spies sent to steal her and Dr. Amatsuka's secrets and research. Fran is able to make her clients' dreams come true and very often their nightmares as well - the consequences of her actions are extraordinary. Even so, Fran carries on without a concern.
