By connecting with your smart device via Bluetooth, you can play songs from your device, such as YouTube, while simultaneously playing your guitar or bass.

The Mighty Plug Pro was released as an upgraded version of the Mighty Plug. Let’s compare the differences between the two models. No compressor/limiter 'effect' - I think this would have elevated it to be the perfect device. Currently it takes some getting used to the way it behaves with different basses to get a good consistent sound which doesn't;t distort the output, hence a preference for using it at lover volumes. I think a limiter would have been a great addition, but potentially it would introduce some noise which would be counterproductive. A good limiter wouldn't be an easy 'effect' to add, maybe. While the app features are plentiful and convenient, once you’ve created a preset, you don’t need to launch the app every time you use the Mighty Plug Pro. You can switch presets just with the device button, and there’s also a volume button. If you want more cleans, get the Fender mustang one, it probably has better low gain stuff. This is honestly the best bit of kit I've bought this year, probably ever, bar my first guitar.
