Mixer showers take water from your hot and cold supplies, combining them in the valve to create the perfect temperature. A small amount of residual water dripping from the shower for a short period of time is perfectly normal. On high pressure systems water may also release from the head when other outlets are turned on. This is normal too and is caused by pulse pressures in the system. Excellent shower by Mira the experts, though don't know why they have stopped manufacturing this shower. Brilliant design, great to fit. All round fantastic shower.Last but certainly not least is the Mira Miniluxe mixer shower. It comes equipped with several intelligent features including Cool Shield; which prevents the valve from getting too hot during showering, Magni-flo technology; which increases the power by up to three times and rub clean nozzles; perfect for easy cleaning. A good shower that was easy for the plumber to fit. Works well with a gravity system. Service from plumb world was fast and efficient.
Our Darryl shower finally started to leak recently and needed replacing.
