The story/stories 1 Star - None of the characters had decent chemistry and most of the stories were centered exclusively on sex wrapped around dom/subs, 1/2 truths that really didn't do anything, 3 brothers who were "billionaire" escort service providers, and were supposedly broken by their upbringing. The women and love interests weren't much better. I thought the first book in the 4 leaned toward a menage theme, but it changed to one brother getting the girl. The second book played off of that relationship and by book #3 the rejected brother finally was finding the love of his life. I'd had enough. Emma Belle watched him for ten months. Every morning at 7:50 she got a glimpse of the sexy, commanding man in a suit. He was her drug of choice and she didn't even know his name. There was just something about him that she craved. Ten months. No words have been exchanged. She doesn't even think he knows she existed. Then one day it all changed. She didn't know it yet but she was in for one hell of a ride. As Sarena is taking care of Emme she realizes that she is starting to really care for her. She is also getting these forbidden feelings for Sebastian because he is her boss and she can't get him out of her head.

The story covers quite a vast timespan and there’s a lot going on, it moves at a good pace and I loved watching these two fall for each other. They both smooth over each others sharper edges. The whelps are a lot of fun and I definitely think there’s a book in the future for Piers. I do not own the characters or the television show. I am simply recycling characters and transforming the work into a creative alternate universe of my own volition for no monetary gain, but for reading pleasure strictly. The only characters I own in this story are ones that have nothing to do with the television show. Sebastian becomes a dominant man (in the bedroom) who loves spanking, bre3ding, and degrading Sarena, but finds she is more than a match for him in everything they do together. It’s a prequel to all we’ve subsequently read in the Forbidden Desires series and its spin-off and do we finally get the behind the scenes insights into just what Bertram Drake has been up to on behalf of the Dragon Council and the Amethyst Clan.

As much as I hated seeing what the FMC and MMC had to go through, misunderstandings, confusion, all leading to a moment that we could see coming and the fireworks it caused. I personally can't wait to read more of this story. Also, didn't like Claudia 0/10 recommend her as mom material.
