Printer needs a specific amount of time to reach certain speed, it does not happen instantly. So with models like 3D benchy, the distance between one point and another is so small , that the printer never reaches its top speed, so when you print on ender 7, the print time is not greatly reduced. The nozzle has a larger melting zone to help with such high speed printing.
