A 1% concentration of Zinc PCA (pyrrolidone carboxylicacid) helps regulate oil production and can even help improve collagen production. I notice my skin is a bit drier after using this concentration of vitamin C, so I make sure to use it in conjunction with hyaluronic acid to keep my skin hydrated.
