It sounds pretty bad, I know.😬 But with what Jasper was going through, it was a delecate situation to act on his feelings and risk to jeopardize his relationship with the Eatons; his one and only family plus his friendship with Sloan. The age gape between them and her unmistakable crush on him since her 10years old didn’t do them any favors mostly at the beginning of their friendship and made things a little awkward at times ,plus Sloan’s father never had been Jasper’s biggest fan.

so skip the first book and read this because the first one is shit <3 I hope this shitshow motivates you to level it up your tbr <3 laughs tears and screams are guaranteed :) I have listened to all 3 books in the Chestnut Springs series on audio and I can say with confidence that this is hands down my favorite audio book in the series. Teddy Hamilton as Jasper couldn’t be more perfect. And CJ Bloom was great as Sloane.
