I'm loving all the regular characters and getting to know others more in depth, as well as loving the blossoming friendship between Cam and Fallon, they are a good influence on each other and balance each other out well, not forgetting Cam's wild and unruly little sister Rosalia. Looking forward to more about her antics. If you're looking for a fast-paced, suspenseful maffia romance with a bit of angst and a sweet happy ending, I would definitely recommend giving this series a try.The Chicago Syndicate's players were introduced to us and we got a peek into this couple's love affair, which eventually led to horrible events that changed Fallon's perception of everything she thought she knew. Who is this man that she fell in love with? Did she ever truly know him? And will she ever feel safe again? What I wanted to know was, how would Fallon ever acclimate herself to this new reality and come to terms with Luca's world? After For Adriano (#3), I was skeptical if this author could continue the upward progression in her books. I enjoyed the first and second book that revolve around another couple, but I was engrossed by Adriano in his book, For Adriano. It was a top notch sensual mix of Mafia love interwoven with an intriguing plotline. But Soraya Naomi didn't fail and For Cam is - in my humble opinion - the best book of this series! Book one left us with a slight cliffy wondering what was going to happen and wow didn't I not expect this. My love for you hasn’t mysteriously evaporated into nothingness. It’s still there. It’s deep, but it’s tainted now, buried under a layer of mistrust and lies.” I'd say that Adriano & Cam (book 3 and 4) are a little darker than the first two books. You can also skip book 1 and 2 and dive into book 3.

So much happens in this book and in Fallon’s life. That she is still coping is a miracle, I would have had a mental breakdown. Just as Luca thinks everything will work out between them, something big happens in Fallon’s life and she pushes Luca away once again. Luca's secrets and mafia involvement tore them apart. Now they are estranged, miserable, desperately lonely and completely lost without each other. Their hearts are bleeding wounds they can't heal. They struggle staying away from each other and with moving on with their lives. But is it possible to forget? No. So, the next move is to learn to forgive the mutual lies deceit and fight everyone that tries to keep them apart... Apart from writing and indulging in chocolate pastries much too often, Soraya Naomi is also an avid reader. She has a passionate obsession with the written word and reads many genres but favors intense stories where the male character loves fiercely, without remorse or boundaries. She adores Historical Romances, New Adult, Dark Romances, Romantic Suspense, and PNR. And she welcomes all recommendations! Im not going into great detail because i don't want to ruin the story for others so i will just say that there are an astounding amount of twists and turns and for a while things take on a very grim outlook. I could not wait to read this sequel as "For Fallon" ended on a cliffhanger: they went their separate ways.

I really enjoyed this and can't wait to read more of Soraya's books especially For Adriano! Excited to see what will happen especially after finding out about who Camilla is. I love this entire cast of characters, and was pleased that we got to see a lot of Luca and Fallon in this story, including a couple chapters in their POV. I was so thrilled to learn that there will be a fifth book, because I seriously cannot get enough of this series. Another five star book in this amazing series! I loved the first book “For Fallon”. It had just the right combination of romance and suspense for me. My heart was completely broken when I finished it and dived immediately into For Luca hoping that Fallon and Luca would soon get their HEA. But how wrong I was… Every moment spent together is a cherished memory. From romantic walks under starlit skies to cozy nights in, Naomi and Saroya have truly experienced it all.
