The key difference is that in the former, Mr. Snooty shows some honor at the end and thanks her along with Mr. Bump and Mr. Clumsy for preventing his house from burning down while in the latter, Little Miss Bossy and Little Miss Naughty receive little, if any repercussions for bullying Little Miss Shy for blushing.
