In terms of value, I think Elven Council does pretty alright. I doubt Círdan the Shipwright will keep such a high price for long, but I’d bet it’ll still hold some value. Heroic Intervention and Swan Song are amazing cards to have in a precon. The second this card hits the battlefield you amass 5, then you self-mill five and return a creature from your graveyard to the battlefield. All of this on a 9/9 body with trample that can make the Ring tempt you.

It’s apparently quite persuasive character, as opponents are more likely to vote for your choice, if it’s in the play. There are a total of four commander precons for this set, and each one has some high-dollar inclusions. As well as several playable dual lands of lesser value that players will be happy to have, and the staples like Sol Ring , Arcane Signet , & Command Tower . It's worth noting that many, if not all, of these cards will drop some from the current prices because of being reprinted. So, be sure to keep that in mind.

Aragorn is, quite fittingly, bringing the monarch mechanic to the table. This mechanic is so powerful, that every card that can grant you becoming a monarch should be taken very seriously.
