Christmas is a time of joy, warmth, and special traditions. One of the most beloved traditions (and one of my favourites) is decorating the Christmas tree! Apply your topcoat– For your topcoat, choose an indoor, heat-resistant paint, latex paint. Choose a paint that is rated to withstand temperatures generated by the fireplace (generally about 200°F). You can use satin, eggshell or a gloss finish. I used Colourtrend Cherished White, as my topcoat, and I applied two coats. Depending on the brand of paint you are using, you may have to prime. For example, if using Colourtrend or Farrow and Ball, I recommend using their primer ranges to get the best adhesion. I made roughly fifty pom moms for my cushion. Making these was the hardest part as it was time-consuming, I made a few each evening when watching the telly. These ornaments infuse your tree with a personal touch, making your holiday season even more magical.
Using a spray gun will save you time and paint when painting the playhouse base inside and out. You do not need to water down the paint with this spray gun.
