Brother QL-820NWB Professional, Ultra Flexible Label Printer with Multiple Connectivity options

My printed documents are incomplete or a blue screen appears when printing after a Windows 10 update (March 2021) I created a template using P-touch Editor and transferred it to my printer. But the print result is different from what I see onthe P-touch Editor screen. When I try to print via Bluetooth on Windows 7 after installing the printer driver, the following error message appears:"Device driver software was not successfully installed".

I cannot install the printer driver because the installation stops after I connect the printer to my computer.I cannot print and get an error message "Monochrome media is installed." (P-touch Editor for Windows) Although "Auto Power On" or "Power On When Plugged in" is set to On in the Printer Setting Tool, the printerdoes not turn on automatically. The P-touch Add-In is registered in Microsoft Word, but the P-touch icon or "Brother P-touch" in the Tools menu does notappear as normal. (P-touch Editor 5.x for Windows)

Wi-Fi® LED is lit in blue (QL-810W) or WLAN icon appears on the LCD (QL-820NWB) but the printer cannot communicate with otherdevices via Wi-Fi. I cannot select my printer name from the "Application Matching Printer" drop-down menu in the "Printer Setup"dialogue box. (P-touch Editor 5.x for Windows)When I try to load data from a CSV file into the P-touch Editor software for Macintosh, the characters in the data become garbled.

I cannot print and get the "lpadmin: PPD file cannot be copied!" error during installation (Or "cp:`/usr/share/cups/model/[file name].ppd' cannot be started: No such file or directory") (Linux®) The continuous tape length is about 100 mm regardless of the OpenOffice tape template settings. (Linux) The P-touch Add-In is registered in Microsoft Word or Excel, but it still cannot be used. (P-touch Editor 5.x for Windows)
