Without the cardboard attachments I made, I would not recommend this product. However, with some scrap cardboard attached with duct tape, it worked very well and I would recommend it. I recommend the manufacturer re-engineer this tool and add metal front and side "flaps" attached with hinges. If the manufacturer did this, then the machine would be quite efficient. One thing to note is that the cable is only 30 cm in length. An extension cable will almost definitely be required if you’ve got anything more than a small rectangle of turf!
