About this deal

The winners have a right to decline the invitation to use their image in marketing material or to participate in any marketing activity. Obviously, to be considered ‘coffee’, ground coffee or coffee powder must consist of roasted coffee beans that have been ground and cannot contain any artificial colouring or flavouring, and definitely no chicory, or additional food additives. Instant coffee has to consist of the dried soluble solids obtained from water extraction of freshly roasted coffee beans and contain at least 2.25% caffeine. In South Africa the product is known as Ricoffy. It was developed in 1952 as Ricory and by the early 1970s was renamed. Should this become necessary, the winners may be required to sign a letter of consent and the Promoters shall have the right to use any photographs of any of the winners in perpetuity.The Promoters may require the winners (at no fee) to be identified, photographed and the photograph or related article published in printed media, or to appear on radio and television, when accepting their prizes and/or after receiving their prize. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in these Rules, the Promoter reserves the right to amend, modify, change, postpone suspend or cancel this Competition and Rules or any aspect thereof for any reason which the Promoter deems necessary (but always subject to the consent of the Botswana Gambling Authority).
