The thing that upsets me most is I know that 1. Michelle has no idea what my business was/ is, which shows how uninvolved she was with each of her clients and 2. Would greet me like it was my first week every week, asking if I had ever been on a call before etc, super insulting. If you’re going to offer personalized coaching then it is an expectation that you have a personal understanding of your client, especially for the hefty price I was paying. 3. How she handled everything when I told her I was at the end of my funds and about to go into the negative. I made money so easily that I didn’t reconsider or evaluate my strategies or working environment because it appeared to be working. I was unpleasantly surprised by the way the course was presented to me once it started. I was expecting / was sold very different things at the beginning by Michelle. It was nearly impossible to book a meeting with her “mindset strategist”with whom I was allowed unlimited time and I was not offered any further help as said partner left a several weeks into my course.

Well here’s the thing, it is my belief that it becomes your problem when you are signing people up (me, in this instance. I can’t speak for anyone else) to a programme you know they can’t afford and to shirk all responsibility is, in my opinion, abhorrent. I have no hesitation in recommending Michelle as I have done previously and if you are prepared to take responsibility for your results then Michelle can provide the expertise. At the time of writing this, I have only had 1 intervention session which was so incredible and precise. The shifts I have experienced so far have been mindblowing! The time we spend with our children at this age and the experiences we share with them are a BIG deal at this age. If I am prevented from or delayed in performing my obligations by your act or omission or by any circumstance outside of My control, I shall not be in breach of the Contract or liable to you for any costs, charges or losses sustained or incurred by you that arise directly or indirectly from such prevention or delay.Thank you Michelle, your incredible team and the group of amazing ladies i have had the pleasure of working with throughout the year. Don't get me wrong, there were some great parts about WAM. For example, the overall marketing training (LinkedIn training and FB advertising, in particular) were really well developed.

As for the other coaches, I found James in tech and Ellie in marketing knowlegable. I did, however, find stronger mindset and content creation coaches outside of WAM (who offered more value in their free content than I found inside the programme).As she says “Although I worked extremely hard in my career, I still got to the end of the month only to realise I had overspent and could nearly afford to pay my phone bill. Either of us may terminate the Terms/Contract if the other is in material breach of any Terms and do not correct or fix the situation within 7 days of receiving notice of the breach in writing. I will restart/recommence the Services as soon as reasonably possible after the Event Outside Of My Control is over. You may cancel if an Event Outside Of My Control takes place and you no longer wish Me to provides the Services. Please see your cancellation rights under clause 8. I will only cancel the contract if the Event Outside Of My Control continues for more than 12 weeks. In the event of disruption to any services due to any holiday time, vacation time, maternity leave, paternity leave, bereavement leave, public/national holidays, Events outside Of My Control and any other leave of any kind I will provide you with as much notice as possible however you agree I can not be held liable.

These Terms are governed by English law. You and I both agree that the Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with the Services which are being provided to you under these Terms. Michelle, also 29, set up a Facebook group, initially for just friends and family to have a look at their items but, within a week, requests were coming in from all over the region. The group currently has 425 members, with most of the items up for sale already off to a new home including Michelle’s car and plants from the garden. I joined the programme in November and was so overwhelmed by my situation that I began to have an emotional breakdown but I stayed silent because I didn’t tell anyone that I’d signed up for this programme and because I felt so ashamed.If you're looking for a coaching program there are much better coaches out there with what I believe a sense of integrity and honesty and will offer much better programs than this one at a much more reasonable cost. Don't waste your money! Termination of the Contract shall not affect any rights, remedies, obligations and liabilities of either of us as at the date of termination, including the right to claim in respect of any breach of the Contract, which existed at, before or after the date of termination. Throughout the duration of any agreement you shall not, in any manner, represent, provide services or engage in any aspects of business or solicit any client, customer, officer, staff, consultant, or employee for your benefit or benefit of a third party that is or may be engaged in a similar business throughout the duration of this agreement and for a period not to exceed 1 year following the culmination, completion or termination of these Terms/Contract without written permission from Michelle Stonhill.

If an Event Outside Of My Control takes place that affects the performance of My obligations under these Terms: Michelle speaks her mind and challenges your excuses, if you want ant the truth and progress, she is the girl to help you get those results. If on the other hand you're not ready to do the work and step outside of your pretty box, you need to do more work on yourself. My total liability under any law or in relation to the performance (or contemplated performance) of the Contract shall in all circumstances be limited to the total price paid by you for the Services.
