The final showdown between Kakeru and Eraser-01 brings forth memories of the past and a revelation. The faction is first encountered during the Anti-Toutaku Alliance. Upon Ryuubi meeting Sonsaku, the two's conversation lead to an agreement of an alliance between the two factions. But upon Sonsaku's death, Ryuubi's faction decided to cut ties with Go, under the reason that they do not know the nature of the new leader, Sonken Chuubou. The games largely focus on the other two kingdoms, and have little to do with Shoku, save for a character appearing for a few scenes. Arcadia TV presents a special show summarizing all the events thus far, while a memory of his past stirs in Eraser-01... As incidents of data disappearing crop up across the city, Arcadia TV's Todoroki Kenzou is more preoccupied with remembering why that day is special to his wife.

As the city welcomes a panda visitor, a team of emergency services Gyrozetters prepare for their debut. When Ri Boku returned from his exile, Gaku Shou and Jyou Ka Ryuu accompanied him and his vessels from Seika city to join the frontlines. After Rinne mistakenly believes Saki and Mic-man Seki to be dating, she conscripts everyone into helping them out. With the Arcadia TV crew in Xenon's clutches, the chosen drivers must face off against the giant Gyrozetters Dragnos and Great Kraken. Kakeru clashes with the new chosen driver, Shunsuke, leading to a race between the two highly competitive boys.

This chapter introduces Bachou Mouki's siblings, Bakyuu and Batetsu. It revolves around the Ba siblings returning to Seiryou, and Bachou contemplating taking up her mother's mantle as ruler of the area. In the Go Route, they remain the rulers of Joshuu up until their conflict with Go. Afterwards, Ryuubi agreed to govern the western side of the country, while Sonken took the eastern side, leaving Joshuu in Son Go's rule.
