To start the themepark, you must not have negative Jabba faction. If you do, the NPC who initiates the first mission simply will not talk to you. If your faction is negative, you can do missions that target the Valerians, to raise it. This is not a themepark for new or unskilled players. You are required to kill a number of times and players with low level fighting skills are unlikely to survive alone. Midlevel players can do the missions fairly easily, particularly if they are buffed. It took me about 3 hours to complete all the missions, but that included killing many of the friends who accompanied my targets, and it's not necessary in most cases to kill them.
