In summary, Seton Sands Beach is a lovely destination for a relaxing day trip or a longer getaway, offering beautiful scenery and a peaceful atmosphere. Established in 1952, it holds the distinction of being the first Local Nature Reserve in Britain. Spanning an area of a little over 580 hectares, the reserve comprises salt marshes, mudflats, sand dunes and a beach, all of which offer a diverse habitat for various bird species. For the walk itself, head out of the town going north. You'll need to follow the road for about 10 minutes, then turn right and follow the signs.
