About this deal

Transformers: Destiny (2008–2009) — The 2-miniseries prequel to Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen.

More of an inconsistency, but Fortress Maximus as previously (and briefly) seen in Spotlight: Blaster appeared to be based on his traditional G1 design, whereas Milne debuts a brand-new original design for him in this issue. Seeing how close the two comics were released, this is probably just a matter of reference material not being available at the right time. The Transformers: Spotlight Omnibus Volume 2 ( September 9, 2015) ISBN 1613779429 / ISBN 978-1613779422 A four-issue miniseries focusing on Windblade in the wake of the "Dark Cybertron" crossover event, as she tries to help rebuild a shattered Cybertron while dealing with the planet's duly-elected leader Starscream. Written by Mairghread Scott and drawn by Saren Stone. The sequel to Devastation composed of four Spotlights in fairly direct continuity: " Cyclonus", " Hardhead", " Doubledealer" and " Sideswipe". This series wraps up the first set of Dead Universe-related events.

This is broken up into the different phases (1-3) and then by different parts of those phases to distinguish the crossovers. The Dinobots head out into the Cybertronian wilderness on a secret mission. A one-shot story written by John Barber and drawn by Livio Ramondelli. Idea and Design Works, LLC is a publishing company that held the Transformers comic book license from May 2005 through December 2022. Their tenure followed the financial collapse of previous license holder Dreamwave Productions at the tail-end of 2004. (IDW's license excluded manga; those rights are handled by Viz Media in the English-language market.)

As he speeds toward his objective, Blurr feels pride in the knowledge that what he's doing really matters. John-Paul Bove had made a pitch for Spotlight Metroplex before the Schmidt version, which he said in 2013 would "explore the idea of an unintended consequence of the Transformers infiltrations and interference on alien worlds and to explore the idea of evolution and how places can become living things." [1] Here, Metroplex is a long-abandoned city that had been built larger and larger until he'd developed sentience, and in his search for the truth of his origins he runs into the equally abandoned Trypticon. The very little information Metroplex can glean about his world—a garbled mess of imagery and myth that indicates a devastating Transformer battle that was seen as a war of gods—is sent to Trypticon and awakens him delusional, believing himself a god, and the two fight as Metroplex tries to protect the knowledge of the dead world. He dumps all the data into Scamper and then has an EMP triggered, seemingly killing all involved (including Scamper). The last shot, for whatever reason, would have been of the equally dormant Overlord and apparently Omega Supreme??? My Little Pony/Transformers: The Magic of Cybertron (2021) — Four-issue limited crossover series and direct sequel to Friendship in Disguise! The Throttlebots' guns are based on the ones they carried in their first Marvel Comics appearance, in " The Cure!". Bonus material includes Sketches by E. J. Su, bios on IDW Ultra Magnus & IDW Sixshot, an article on creating the IDW Spotlights, and an interview with Su.A continuation of the Windblade miniseries as an ongoing book. Windblade tries to maintain the peace on Cybertron while dealing with the Council of Worlds, and, of course, Starscream. Cancelled after issue #12, with a thirteenth "Annual" issue to wrap up the primary storylines. Written by Mairghread Scott and drawn by Sara Pitre-Durocher. Phase 1 is mostly based on Earth and is concerned with the war between the Autobots and Decepticons.
