About this deal

We parked at Galeria Kaufhof and on the way to the staircase we had to go through the perfumery. My chance! Out of reflex I just grabbed the first perfume what fell into my hands. Well guess what : it was scandal by night. These commuted, eated, flew over the walkways, so that Hundi and I had to flee ourselves hasenlike hooks beating into the undergrowth.

But maybe I'm being unfair. I'm sure that many ladies use the perfume because they simply like the scent and not because they want to be erotic and make a conquest. Since the fragrance does not seem to radiate much elegance to my perception, I see it most likely at ambitious discoqueens in their 20s.Like the original, Scandal by Night is meant for a sensual wearer who wants to stand out from the crowd during their evening out on the town. Both Scandal and Scandal by Night should be worn by the sexy and creative women in your life. Where Should You Wear It? It's too clumsy for me. I don't want to walk around as a female seduction machine, nor would I - as a man - respond to this all too boldly sensual fragrance. But I'm sure that many women - especially younger ones - will feel more desirable with this perfume, which is of course a chimera. I can imagine that many a man would rather hide from this surge of scent than be conquered ...

I can't identify with it. Not because I don't go to discos anymore, but because, as I said, my preference is for more subtle scents that have an exciting scent and are more interesting or profound and perhaps more innovative. Fragrances with a touch of avant-garde like some molecule perfumes or something more "sophisticated" simply suit me better. Others may of course see it differently. Man and woman Parfumista may wonder what do these terrible alcoholic beverages, which insult all taste buds, and a perfume have in common that they stand side by side in one title? As I said, the very one-dimensional message also includes the fact that the fragrance is not subject to any major changes in my case. It remains as it is, so to speak. Except it gets weaker over time. The scent may annoy some people, because it is so haunting. I can't quite believe that it has an above-average durability and that those who want to get rid of it shouldn't even remove it with oil. With me the durability is average. The sillage seems impressive at first, but soon it diminishes. So --- if this - admittedly sharpened - summary is enough for you, you may stop reading here and withdraw with an "oh, how sad" or "I knew it would be" and turn to fond smells or positive surprises of an olfactory kind. Further shifts happen in the base, where the original’s signature patchouli is switched out for the warmth of sandalwood and tonka bean. But it’s not just a change in tone, it all feels more gourmand too, with the tonka bean blasting out a cherry-marzipan tune that plays in perfect harmony with that bubblegum tuberose up top. The sandalwood just smoothes everything over, making for a cosy and enveloping signature.

WHAT IF YOU CARRIED A GAULTIER ON YOUR SHOULDER?

Jean Paul Gaultier is a renowned designer known for his inclusivity, diversity, and irreverence in the fashion industry. He has been creating fashion since 1976 and has become one of the world's greatest couturiers without attending fashion school. He believes that "different is beautiful" and has made it a pillar of his brand to celebrate people of all colors, shapes, and identities. But I wanted to see how the scent would develop. Maybe you just have to give him a chance to allow some time to connect with the skin and unfold his true character? Unfortunately SBN rather revealed a commodity character: All cards already played, even bubblegum smells more differentiated. From minute to minute I had the feeling that I had eaten far too many honey rolls, many, many heavy honey rolls with the cheap industrial sugar honey dönns.

Scandal by Night does the impossible – it manages to be more fun than Scandal, which was pretty fun, to say the least. If Scandal was a night out on the town that ended up falling rather ungracefully out of a taxi then Scandal by Night is a night out on the town that ends up falling rather ungracefully out of one taxi straight into another, because when this fragrance is spritz, the party don’t stop! Immediately sweet scents conquered my nose and for tenths of a second the predominant scent impression was: flowery-sweet. So far - so expectable. Perfume is a lot like music and just like music, there are different types of perfumes for different occasions. Some perfumes are symphonic arias only fit for dramatic evenings, whilst others are throwaway pop songs to enjoy for a time before moving on to the next big craze. Both of these styles have their place and whilst we always long of the heartbreaking beauty of a more operatic fragrance, we also can’t help but love something a bit cheesy every now and then either. Gaultier's obsession with sensual accords has become synonymous with his brand, and he continues to push boundaries and challenge conventions in the fragrance industry. With a range of deliciously addictive creations to choose from, Gaultier's fragrances are sure to seduce and captivate.

As a flower, tuberose may smell intense and striking. As a fragrance on my skin I find it too intrusive. This applies to all fragrances with this note. I love hyacinths and their strong scent, but in perfume it soon becomes too much of a good thing for me. But that's a matter of taste. I don't mean to say that tuberose isn't something I can do with on principle. I could imagine that this note can be very stimulating in fragrances if it is not overdosed. Unfortunately, I haven't come across a perfume where she hasn't been - apparently there are many fans of tuberose overdoses. Jean Paul Gaultier's fragrances have enjoyed worldwide success, with iconic scents such as Classique and Le Male. The brand has recently released a new fragrance, Scandal Pour Homme Le Parfum Eau de Parfum Intense, which is described as having a warm woody fragrance trail and is perfect for men with a swagger. They have also released a new version of Scandal Le Parfum Eau de Parfum Intense, which is designed for women who love a good scandal. The brand offers a variety of other fragrances, including Ultra Male, Le Beau, Classique, Scandal A Paris, Scandal By Night, Scandal Pour Homme, Scandal, La Belle, and Le Male. All of these fragrances are described as intense, addictive, and indulgent, with unique and captivating scent profiles. One could be forgiven for thinking that the differences between Scandal and Scandal by Night are somewhat subtle, after all, they both celebrate a similar theme, that of narcotic white flowers dripping in honey. Scandal by Night is definitely fruitier and sweeter than the original, pumping in a flash of neon through a signature, bubblegum-esque tuberose that glows bright pink. The sherbet-like freshness of the original is all but gone, leaving room for a big white bloom that knows how to party. When I was given Hypnotic Poison by Dior years ago on a date from a Swiss mail friend, I unfortunately already knew that I could not do with so-called "hypnotic" scents. (I "used it up" anyway, because I already had it once ...) The scent is too heavy and too sweet for me. Tuberose is said to have a relaxing effect. That hasn't happened to me any more than the alleged scandal the perfume is trying to express. For that, what is offered here is too little. According to the fragrance, a scandal is not even a little scandal - at most for those who let themselves be talked into it. In fact, it is a quite conventional tuberose scent, as there are many. The sensuality comes with a mallet, so to speak, and can be quite annoying if you don't appreciate such sweet, beguiling heaviness. A fragrance can also create an erotic aura in a different way - finer, more refined, more exciting.Last year, I went power shopping with my best friend. It was incredibly warm and the shopping frenzy made me melt. I had neither deodorant nor anything else with me, terrible! Thereby it is the worst for me to "smell". In addition to his successful fragrance line, Gaultier has also made a mark in Haute Couture, reinventing it by putting exceptional French savoir-faire at the service of his obsession for combining different genres, cultures, and materials. He has also dressed some of the biggest names in pop culture, including Madonna, Mylène Farmer, Kylie Minogue, and many more. Gaultier's designs have been featured in films by Pedro Almodóvar, Luc Besson, and Jean-Pierre Jeunet, and his work has been recognized with two Cesar nominations. Today, a new generation of icons is joining the extended Gaultier family, making his brand a true pop icon in the fashion industry. Gaultier deliberately plays with the sensual note of tuberose. The flacon, which seems to contain a lady who seems to be wearing nothing but wriggly, shapely legs and high heels, is as much a part of the image as the name, which is supposed to be disreputable. That the nightly scandal has something to do with sex is more than clearly conveyed. As we know, Jean Paul Gaultier likes to provoke. Okay, I got that. It's fine by me too. What bothers me is that the message of the perfume is being made too obvious. I prefer something more subtle. But that's not what Gaultier has in mind. He wants his scent to be loud and to attract attention. Prescriptions must be written on an Authority Prescription Form, and the approval number must be noted on the prescription.
