An Italian Renaissance-themed alternate universe variant of the Vulture based on Isidoro Scarlotti and Adrian Toomes named Adriano Tumino appears in Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse (2023), voiced by Jorma Taccone. [114]

Toomes proved to still be an honorable man, as after Spider-Man ruined his operations and put him in prison, he showed some degree of gratefulness towards Parker for saving his life and his daughter's by pretending he hadn't figured out Spider-Man's secret identity yet when asked by Mac Gargan about it.

Creation

The Vulture was the first traditionally costumed super-villain Spider-Man ever faced, having previously only squared off against the super spy Chameleon in Amazing Spider-Man #1.
