About this deal

Ok so, for me, this is a slightly different blog to usual because it’s not Makeup related but I do think that this is something my readers would enjoy and be interested in. After de-colouring your hair you can re-dye it immediately without any problem. What we like about it: The Scott Cornwall Decolour strips out all kinds of permanent hair dye and you can reapply hair colour immediately.

The maximum strength edition works in 60 minutes and the normal strength product works in 30 minutes. Simply combine the activator (part A) and remover (part B), massage the product into your hair for the required time and then rinse off to remove the hair dye. What reviewers thought: This stuff definitely does smell, but so long as you have good ventilation in the room, it's not too bad. You do have to work fairly fast, as once mixed the product loses its strength. I was amazed to find that one box covered my hair completely, and I even had some left at the end. I waited thirty minutes for development and then rinsed for 10 minutes, and what surprised me the most was that the water ran clear from my hair - I was expecting to be standing in a pool of bright red water as the colour washed from my hair! I'm not entirely sure how this product works, but it manages to flush the colour from your hair without making the water run coloured. The directions do not say to use conditioner at the end, but I did as my hair was extremely dry by that point.

Caffeine Shampoo & Conditioner

So would I recommend JoBaz Colour Remover Extra Strength? Well, in honesty I was a little disappointed. I’ve had better results using Colour B4 Extra Strength in the past and still think its worth paying the extra to try Decolour Remover. However, if this is all you can get your hands on I don’t think its a bad product. It did what it said on the box, it did remove the unwanted colour although I personally felt some were left behind. The hairs condition was ok, a little dry but nothing conditioner couldn’t fix and the product didn’t cost as much as the other 2 I have compared it too. It was ok, but that’s all I’m giving it in honesty and I probably wouldn’t use it again as I feel there are better ones on the market. It removes both permanent and semi permanent colour, and also helps to remove build up – perfect if you have been colouring your hair for years. By shrinking the artificial dye molecules in the hair, the colour is simply washed away, leaving hair looking vibrant and healthy. Incorporated into the formula is an intense nourishing treatment, allowing the hair to be re-coloured straight away. There are a lot of DIY hair colour remover suggestions you’ll come across when you search online. Some people will suggest baking powder and dandruff shampoo, others will say vinegar and others lemon juice.

This is another hair colour remover designed to work on both permanent and semi-permanent dye. Like the Colour B4 permanent and semi-permanent remover, it also smells somewhat awful. It will be some days before the smell is out of your hair. This hair colour remover works only on permanent hair colour. It is not effective on temporary dye nor will it remove cuticle staining. This is a safe and effective way to remove colour from your hair. It will gently strip away dyed colour from your hair without using bleach products, which is a great bonus and will protect your hair from damage. I made the mistake of going to a hairdresser (which I rarely do) and asked for a dye to match the lightened ends to my natural ash-blonde colour. Apply the remainder of bottle C and massage to lather like a shampoo for 1 minute. Now rinse for a further 5 minutes

I'm so happy I came across this product. I was in semichem looking for hair dye not knowing this even existed. I've got dark brown hair but have been dying it for years as have lots of greys sneaking in. I dye it about every 6 to 8 weeks. I have psoriasis on my scalp so the medicated shampoo I use tends to duĺlen my colour quite fast. For a long time, the ends of my hair have been dry, rough and make my sleep bob quite bulbous. Little did I know its because of the use of permanent dyes over the years. Some describe it as cat pee and other say it smells like rotten eggs. This could be because the colour remover is extra-powerful to ensure it works on darker hair dyes. Permanent hair dye replaces some of your natural hair colour molecules with artificial colour molecules. So what a hair colour remover does is get inside your hair shafts and dissolves the bonds holding the colour molecules together. It also shrinks the molecules. After lots of rinsing, shampooing and blow drying I was so pleased with the result. I have not applied any dye to my hair, this is literally the colour that it went after removing the lotion. I love the colour and I also love the ombre type effect where the lengths have had more colour build up on them. I was planning on dying my hair but, having seen the colour it has gone, I am actually so happy and will be leaving it the colour it turned out. The finished result after rinsing, shampooing & blow drying Here are some hot tips to ensure it works for you, some people have written the hair had gone darker or nothing happened, you need to ensure your follow the instructions strictly.

Once these bonds or links have been dissolved, the artificial colour molecules have nothing to hold them in place and since they are smaller now, they can easily get out of the hair shaft through the cuticle. noticable. ... Anyone who has permanently coloured hair who wants the ease of removing at home, works best during a colour change. Will probably use semi permanent to get a better tone although this tone now is quite good (v pale blonde)
