what follows is admittedly a rambly one & I probably could do better. Honestly, I’m just ready not to think about this one anymore. So below is more of a reminder to myself why I won’t be rereading this, to air out my grievances…just a smidge 😉 & cut to the chase << might be spoilery, so fyi.} The Bluewater Billionaires is a shared-world series of four stand-alone romantic comedies written by Claire Kingsley, Lucy Score, Kathryn Nolan, and Pippa Grant. It’s a Lucy Score book, so sex is kind of expected, right. Her other books at least had some depth and feel and moments of LOL and stronger heroines who aren’t lame, practically begging for sex constantly, sex puppies who can’t string a thought together because all she can think about is sex. The only conversations as far as I recall, between the H&H were whole they were having sex. Not into the romantic partner musical chairs. Yes, there are exceptions once in awhile, but here’s a big ol’ NOPE. Jax can’t tell Joey the truth about the night he left. It would ruin far more than just their relationship. All he can do is sweep her off her reluctant feet with orgasms, flowers, bacon, and a rescue dog. Oh, and maybe handcuff himself to her for charity too.
