Obviously half of the 5GHz radio is occupying UNII1 and the other half the lower end of DFS. Some dual band clients are only 40MHz capable while others are 80MHz and only able to utilize the UNII1 portion of the spectrum due to manufacturer-imposed software limits (or even perhaps physical radio limits?) while other devices are able to utilize the DFS portion. I have not had any issues with 5GHz capable clients connecting to it at this channel setting, however, I did at channel 100 where the spectrum was pure DFS. Memory usage remains solid at around 65% capacity while CPU usage varies from 10-70%.
The main WiFi 6 feature that the TP-Link EAP670 supports is the OFDMA (Orthogonal Frequency-Division Multiple Access) which increases the efficiency of the network by limiting the latency. This is achieved by using RUs (resource units) to carry various sizes of data through a channel towards multiple client devices at the same time. I would have liked to also see the BSS Coloring feature which is phenomenal at cutting the impact of the co-channel interference, but it’s not supported on the EAP670.
