About this deal

Installing an arch is a simple and effective way to transform your garden and create a stunning focal point. Chunky timber arches are quite sturdy but still need to be installed correctly. You can do this by concreting the posts into the ground - just like you would a fence post. This couldn't be a better time to buy a garden arch! Some of the UK's most popular brands have updated their ranges with a host of new products this spring.

When you have distinctly partitioned parts of the garden, maybe a section for vegetables or a rose garden, an attractive garden arch can connect these elements to create a cohesive landscape. A garden arch can also act as a focal point for a lawn, purely decorative but enhancing any plain landscape with structural interest.

Select Your Options

Yet another reason to select a metal arch is that a number of half-arches are available - these are ideal for installing in a side return or alleyway where you would not normally be able to fit a full arch. One side is anchored into the ground and the other side is fixed to the wall. The vast majority of wooden arches are supplied treated against rot, but are otherwise bare, natural timber. A signature will be required upon delivery unless we have authorisation from you that the goods can be left.

If a collection needs to be arranged, this will be made for a weekday only, between standard working hours. If you are not able to be at home when the collection is to be made, we can arrange for goods to be collected from a safe location at your request. It is not recommended to leave a metal arch unsecured on a hard surface, but if your installation is proving problematic consider placing some heavy planters either side of the archway and securely fixing the arch to them. Wooden arches tend to be more suited to traditional settings, and their natural timber construction blends in well. The timber is usually pressure treated to protect against rot and is light green or tan in appearance.Crafted from quality timber that has been sourced from FSC-certified forests, each circle has undergone a pressure treatment process that helps to protect the structure from weathering and rot. It can be left in its natural timber state or painted at home to match your garden's theme.

Contemporary or traditional, timber ormetal, your garden arch will be robustly constructed to withstand the British weather. Only top quality FSC wood is used and the threat of rot and decay is averted by timber being dip or pressure treated or, in the case of metal, a powder coating applied to the metal’s surface. Why Buy From Us? Trellis panels often feature on the top or sides of the archway to aid climbing plants, and can also cast attractive shadows on a nice sunny day. Any Colour You Like
