About this deal

Commander Farsight doesn’t just have a book dedicated to him – he’s also got an awesome new model, which is first available in Boarding Patrol: T’au Empire. This powerful assault force contains three Crisis battlesuits and 10 Fire Warriors, accompanied by a small shoal of Drones. It’s a firepower-first nightmare for enemy patrols, and even includes some close combat punch thanks to Farsight himself. Boarding Patrol: Orks provides a brutal and kunnin' force, perfectly suited to crushing ‘oomies and aliens alike in games of Warhammer 40,000 – especially in the dense and deadly Boarding Action missions detailed in the Arks of Omen series – and will save you money compared to buying the kits individually. Boarding Patrol: Necrons is a dispassionate force of mechanised warriors featuring 10 Necron Warriors, three Canoptek Scarab Swarms, 10 Lychguard – who can be built as Triarch Praetorians outside of Boarding Actions – and three Ophydian Destroyers with a Canoptek Plasmactyte. Vashtorr the Arkifane’s quest for the Key-fragments is nearing its end, and the action turns to the dead world of Arthas Moloch in the fourth chapter in the epic narrative series, Arks of Omen: Farsight . Commander Farsight is just preparing to wrap up the vicious War of Dakka once and for all, when calamity strikes and his entire operation is jeopardised by the arrival of the Unhallowed space hulk and its Balefleet entourage.

Last seen on Armageddon, this clandestine killer has recently been spotted on the Arks of Omen, his approach heralded only by the ominous whine of his trademark night vision goggles activating in the dark. This Boarding Patrol contains 17 models in total – one gunslinging Kelermorph inspires a team of 10 Acolyte Hybrids, who can also be built as Hybrid Metamorphs, while a hulking Abominant is joined by his little Mindwyrm Familiar friend, and five nearly-as-hulking Aberrants. This is a show you won’t want to miss – and with reveals this exciting, you’ll have no trouble staying up. In fact, we need some time to recover ourselves, so unfortunately there’ll be no Hang Out and Paint this week. The show will return next week! All models are supplied with their appropriate bases. These miniatures are supplied unpainted and require assembly – we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Colour paints.

Snikrot Creeps Back Into Warhammer 40k & New Orks Boarding Patrol

In a world of bloody Boarding Actions, it’s easy to forget the colossal battles that define the 41st Millennium are still taking place. Balefleets are the cohorts raised by Abaddon and Vashtorr, tasked with collecting the artefacts needed to complete their meticulous plan. If we cannot deliver the goods within this time we will tell the consumer immediately and agree on another time for delivery. All of Snikrot’s parts fit on a single small sprue and the model is placed on a 40mm base. As usual for character models, Snikrot is monopose without any posing options. The model has three head options though, a bare head, a face wearing night googles, and another head with the night vision device pushed onto the forehead. There is also an optional smoke grenade for the base. Boss Snikrot sprue Battlefields in the grim darkness of the far future are shifting as Vashtorr the Arkifane and Abaddon unleash the calamitous Arks of Omen and set intricate plans in motion. Quite how he’s getting around or why he’s conducting daring boarding actions is anyone’s guess, but he commands a kunnin’ krew of raucous Orks on his travels.

Far from being a preening noble hiding up in the Spire, Lady Haera loves nothing more than getting her hands dirty with a masterwork power spear and a phase sword. She’s a terror to face – so make sure she’s on your side when she arrives on Saturday. The complete list of what’s available is as follows – all cast in metal: Armageddon Steel Legion Officer with Power Sword, Armageddon Steel Legion Officer with Power Sword and Bolt Pistol, Armageddon Steel Legion Commissar, Armageddon Steel Legion Sergeant, Armageddon Steel Legion Infantry Squad, Armageddon Steel Legion Guardsman with Plasma Gun, Armageddon Steel Legion Heavy Bolter Weapons Team, and Armageddon Steel Legion Lascannon Heavy Weapons Team. We’ve already taken our first peek at the rules for this new expansion. Today, we’re joined by Rich Butler from the Warhammer Studio team to have a look at the armies you’ll be building. Masterful melee murderers and cramped corridors with lots of nooks and crannies to hide in – can you name a better match? Boarding Patrol: Drukhari contains 20 Wyches, five Incubi, a Succubus, and therefore more deadly blades than you can shake a splinter rifle at. Boarding Patrol: Grey Knights The Emperor’s finest are the prime bulwark against Abaddon’s nefarious schemes, and this Boarding Patrol is typical of their brutal efficiency in such matters. You’ll be able to face any foe with a highly customisable Primaris Captain in Gravis armour , five Heavy Intercessors , and 10 Assault Intercessors .What makes Kommandos an inspired choice for a Boarding Patrol is their Kunnin’ Infiltratorsability, allowing them to deploy anywhere on the board, as long as it is more than 9″ away from enemy models and deployment zone. This will give you the advantage right away – you can plop your Kommandos on unclaimed objectives out of both your and your opponent’s reach. Either that, or surprise them with the gift of Throat Slittas – meaning if you are within an inch of a terrain feature (so hug those walls tightly), add 1 to wound rolls. If you prefer to stand in the middle of a crowded corridor, you can have your Distraction Grot come out for once per battle and the Kommandos are treated as if they are within an inch of terrain, allowing you to capitalise on their unique abilities no matter where they are placed on the board.

Snag an exclusive, artist-signed print of Farsight when you buy Arks of Omen: Farsight , Boarding Patrol: T’au Empire, and the Arks of Omen: Farsight Enclaves Dice Set together. Only 300 are available, so act fast.** Boarding Patrol: Orks Now let's take a look at the Warhammer 40K Boarding Patrol Orks box, which focuses around the character of Boss Snikrot and a gaggle of greenskins ready to rip and shred through their enemies. This box contains the sprues needed to build the following units: 1x Boss Snikrot, 5x Flash Gitz, 10x Beast Snagga Boys, and 10x Kommandos. We don’t expect Snikrot to cost too much cash – he’s only a single miniature after all – but even if it turns out that we’re a little optimistic in our estimate, the price isn’t going to increase hugely. Armed with the devastating Snazzgun, a Heavy 3, S6, -2 AP gun (in layman's terms: it hits hard), they're like a crew of walking mini-tanks. And the leader of this crew can also wield either a pistol or a melee weapon, though the physics of how they're able to hold all of this gear is suspect (I guess we just have to believe it'll work, and it'll work). Do other Orks look at the Beast Snagga Boyz and think 'they're really doing too much'? The immediate difference between the Boarding Patrol and other Warhammer 40,000 Detachments is that nothing is compulsory,” Rich explains. “It’s perfectly viable to take no Troops or HQs whatsoever, allowing lists to lean into clear concepts like an all- Navy Breacher force, or take nothing but Khorne Berzerkers – the gentleman’s choice.”

Warhammer 40K Boarding Patrol - T'au Empire

Be sure to take a look at all the latest on the new releases and reveals as we dive into the previous rumors in an attempt to divine more about the upcoming Space Marine releases… The Corsair Voidscarred bring all the toys from their Kill Team set, taking up the lion’s share of the points but punching far above their weight with psychic powers, blasters, fusion pistols, and a shuriken cannon. The Voidreavers deploy light with a pistol and power sword each, but have the option of switching to long-ranged shuriken rifles should you be raiding an area with plenty of fighty foes like Tyranids and Orks. The Drukhari already love to raid voidcraft for business and pleasure, and the Arks of Omen have only spilled blood in the water. A Succubus leads 20 Wyches in Boarding Patrol: Drukhari, accompanied by a band of five sinister Incubi. Boarding Patrol: Grey Knights Flash Gitz– Ork models equipped with deadly firearms and a variety of flashy, yet deadly, equipment. They are capable of inflicting severe damage on enemy units and can be a powerful asset in battles.

This versatile box provides bodies, ballistics, and big-hitters for you to join the eternal quest to uncover archeotech and fragments of holy STC from the ancient Arks of Omen. Some people love the new-ish Voidscarred, so this might be a popular bundle option. Boarding Patrol: Drukhari Finally in the box are sprues to build either a Fire Warrior Strike Team or (as we've built above) a Fire Warrior Breacher Team. The Breacher Team is all about getting in close and making a big difference on the battlefield. Their Pulse Blasters can shoot either short range (8") with a -2 AP, or long range (14") with a -1 AP. The Strike Team variant of this unit can fire further away with their classic Pulse Carbine, but they don't gain any Armor Penetration bonuses. Chaos Daemons have – appropriately, given the arrival of Angron – manifested as a huffing and slavering crash of Khornate nightmares. 10 Bloodletters and 10 Flesh Hounds are led by Khorne’s favourite hunter – Karanak, the Hound of Vengeance. In the cramped confines of a space hulk, these frenzied killers will close the distance between enemy guns with warp-flushed speed and savagery. I also love the inclusion of the two little dudes you see in the picture above. The Bomb Squig - which is a squig with a bomb in its mouth - can be used once per battle to send out toward your enemies and explode. The Distraction Grot is also a super-fun addition, as this little guy with snorkeling gear can be used once per battle to distract your opponents, essentially giving this unit the benefits of cover for a round. Neither of these models count toward the model count, have their own weapon profiles, or anything else... they're essentially just special abilities turned into gloriously rendered models! There's NOTHING subtle about the Flash Gitz

Boarding Actions are an excellent way to build small, thematic armies that can’t fill the full-sized battlefields of Warhammer 40,000, such as these Aeldari Corsairs . Prince Yriel of Iyanden leads his Eldritch Raiders into the bowels of a great Ark, filling all three Corsair squads with mid-range troops that can load an ungodly number of power swords into a cool 499 points. Boarding Patrol: Orks provides a brutal and kunnin’ force, perfectly suited to crushing ‘oomies and aliens alike in games of Warhammer 40,000 – especially in the dense and deadly Boarding Action missions detailed in the Arks of Omen series – and will save you money compared to buying the kits individually. If your alignment is slightly more devious, Drukhari might be a better option than normal Eldar. Boarding Patrol: Grey Knights Rules for playing Boarding Action games of Warhammer 40,000 can be found in the Arks of Omen: Abaddon supplement. Additional rules for Orks Boarding Patrols can be found in Arks of Omen: Angron. Finally, the Death Guard heed Abaddon’s call, with an obdurate if slimy Boarding Patrol led by a Lord of Virulence. He’s joined by a bodyguard of three Deathshroud Terminators, as well as 10 versatile Plague Marines – three of which are taken from the much-sought-after Plague Marine Reinforcements set.
