About this deal

Viktor&Rolf is an interesting brand, both in fashion and fragrances. Since 2004, and their release of Flowerbomb, Viktor&Rolf has been creating fragrances both for men and women. When it comes to occasion, Spicebomb Extreme perfectly works in intimate settings with your significant other such as date nights at home or any place outside. Seasonally, this is a cold-weather fragrance, and it works best in lower-digit temperatures. In my opinion, you can wear a fragrance you like anytime you want, but I couldn’t see myself wearing this one when it’s hot and humid outside. Overall, Spicebomb Extreme is very seductive, dark, rich, and safe to say sexy. Its undoubted allure will definitely get you compliments and deep sniffs from the ones who detect it on you.

Made this my SOTD for the last 2 days, and I don't want to say I'm disappointed, because I'm not buuuuuut Fans of colognes such as 1 Million and Avant Garde, among others that walk through the families of oriental and spicy fragrances, will enjoy Spicebomb, for sure. I just don't think it's a cologne for those who seek to conquer someone. In my opinion, is a fragrance of the man who has already conquered what (or who) he wanted, the one who knows exactly what he wants and is not concerned about what people think about him. Moreover, it is impossible not to be noticed with this scent. It exudes and lasts with a lot of quality, behaving like an EDP, instead of an EDT. Lomani Body and Soul smells like a very weak Spicebomb with poor sillage and longevity. I cannot recommend it at all. I gave mine away to a teenager.A man or woman could also take a brisk walk in autumn or winter, in a sharp, smart-looking coat and a long, luxurious scarf while smelling of Spicebomb. They would smell AMAZING and everyone who hugged them when they got to the pub would comment on their wonderful scent. This scent hitting the chilly air is a great thing. For me it abstractly evokes the feeling of instantly falling in love with someone you randomly come across in a bakery café. Intoxication, fascination, amazement. If you're looking for a strong, spicy, fall/winter fragrance that will turn heads and get you noticed, this is a safe blind buy. The scent is amazing, and so is the performance. I blind bought this and was very happy with it, I'm sure you will be to. Provided you like spicy fragrances, of course. The reasons why? Well mainly that I was hoping it would deliver a totally different experience but instead has been played a little straight, safe and close the original accord.

Well it is more extreme. (at least in the opening and first hour or two, sure it is!) however apart from the definite addition of more aggressive spicing (cumin is apparent) for me it has a disgusting hairspray/ammonia bitterness and this thing I can't put my finger on about modern concoctions, which makes them deeper, harder more long lasting but don't improve them and in some cases completely ruin the opening and take a long time to smooth out. This unfortunately is one of those cases. However, when dried down is very much like the original except for a deeper Amber/ tobacco, and a creamy vanilla base especially observable in the very late stages of the drydown. This I have to admit is kinda lovely. I know about a couple of situations where people were asked to step aside when airport x-ray found out they had a “hand grenade” in their luggage. Pink pepper, elemi, tobacco, and saffron make this scent really stand out and lift your spirits. I love to smell this in the air around me and my wife loves it on my skin. It is synthetic, but synthetic chemicals done correctly. It can be done in a very positive way. I consider my nose to be very choosy and I love the spicebomb profile. Now that is here I can review it properly: this is warm and quite heavily sweet and leathery with a good touch of tobacco and spices /cinnamon. Although it’s not listed I get abit of f a toffee in this drydown also…… The box is standard like you would find in many other releases both from designer and niche houses, yet still, if you see it in the perfume store, you know it is a Viktor&Rolf product.
