The Remoska runs at about 190° so really anything that will cookin an oven anywhere between 180° & 200° will work. This super easy no knead bread literally requires 10 minute of work and is simply made by hands. No stand mixer or bread machine needed! Simply mix the 4 basic ingredients, let it rise overnight then bake it in the Remoska Tria - and there you it. A deliciously crusty, soft bread that can be baked from basically anywhere! Made in the Czech Republic since the 1950s, the Remoska is a clever and compact oven invented as a super-efficient replacement for everyday ovens – basically a mini electric oven with a lid that does the cooking. Miserly with energy, we first discovered them following a tip-off from a customer and we know that many people who bought them as an emergency measure while their kitchen was being remodelled never put their Remoska away again afterwards. The Standard Remoska in the UK uses 470w, The Grand Remoska 650w on 240v at 50Hz (although this is being harmonised with Europe and is more likely to be 230v). The high sides of the pot means you can fry onion and meat straight over the gas cooker like a frying pan, but without the fat spitting everywhere! I am not sure how to respond as lakeland offer a far better guarantee then anyone else but things do break down and normally can't be replaced after a certain amount of time so it then becomes just a normal product like everything else. The Remoska cooks between 190 and 220 degrees. Something like between 190C/345F Gas mark 5 and 220C/425F Gas Mark 6. There is a similar recipe in the Remoska book but I prefer the edition of bacon and shallots. This is great eaten hot but also good cold with a salad. This is the Tartiflet served in France or if the bacon and shallots are left out and Reblochon cheese which is similar Emental or Gruyer is used its called Gratin Sayoyard.
